The ladies at Shelter spent a lovely afternoon with Community Greening NSW and planting flowers that can be cut and placed in the houses. They appreciated learning about what best to grow in our environment and how to try and protect these from wildlife. Being in nature is always such a positive and healing activity for our women and thank you to Community Greening NSW, @sapandgreenau and @brenden__moore

Our ladies from Northern Beaches Women's Shelter and Mosman House were treated to a beautiful 'Salon Experience' by the tremendous team from @liberatedhair in Mona Vale. The staff gave our women a hair pamper day as part of International Women's Day care. What a great Mona Vale community we have and thank you - the women so appreciated the attention they received and are all looking fabulous!!

Our major fundraiser for the year - our Annual Gala Ball - is on Saturday 13th May at @manlypacific and we are in need of raffle prizes large and small!!
Not only is this our main fundraiser, our annual Gala Ball is an opportunity to come together with our community, celebrate and have fun. It's also an opportunity to let people learn more about what we do - such as, since we opened our doors we have provided shelter and support to more than 580 women in crisis.
